Bylaws
KOTA’s bylaws will be reviewed in years evenly divisible by seven (7) or as deemed necessary by the executive board. Changes to the bylaws will be presented to the board at any regular or special meeting of the board. After a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the board, the changes will be submitted to the membership. Bylaws shall be amended by an affirmative vote of the majority of members in a mail or electronic ballot. The results of bylaws changes shall be printed in the official publications of KOTA.
